    Priyanka Kaushal
    Dr. Kaushal holds a PhD in Chemical Process Technology. Prior to commencing work at Center for Rural
    Development and Technology, IIT Delhi, Dr. Kaushal had worked in varied capacities in institutes and
    agencies like, Technische Universität Wien, ECHEM, Institute of Sustainable Energy Environment and
    Economics, University of Calgary, TERI School of Advanced Studies are to name a few.

    Dr. Kaushal has seven years of teaching and fifteen years of research experience in the area of clean and
    zero emission technologies. She has 40 publications in peer reviewed Journals/Seminars/Symposiums/
    Conferences. Her present research work focuses on biomass value addition through thermochemical
    treatment.

    Her research interests include:

     Biomass-to-energy: Torrefaction, Pyrolysis, Gasification.

     SYN gas & Polygeneration: CHP, Bio-SNG, FT-Fuel, Hydrogen enrichment etc.

     Valorization of agriculture residues through various bio-char application
