It is informed that Mr. Chhaya, learned advocate
for the petitioner has filed a leave note. Mr.K.M. Antani, learned advocate has submitted that he has been instructed by Mr. Chhaya, learned advocate for the petitioner to request for permission to withdraw the petition at this stage since the grievance of the petitioner is resolved inasmuch as royalty pases have been issued by the respondents and that, therefore, at this stage, any grievance does not survive.
In view of the said request and submission made
by Mr.K.M. Antani for Mr.Chhaya, learned advocate for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn. Notice is discharged. Ad-interim relief, if any, stands vacated forthwith.
