Grade & Section: 10 – Diamond
Subject: Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao

I. Introduction
“Life isn’t just a piece of cake to run to. It is composed of problems, obstacles and
challenges that would certainly change the cycle of your mind and probably turn you in
to something new.” There are several things to talk about but the thing I am into is
abuse. There are several ways to pose this act, but most probably the most common is
bullying. It’s been a very common to all of us people. But the thing is, does it feel good
doing such thing? If so, how? We’ve been over this foolish world the whole time, faking
smiles and hiding the truth of our emotions. We all know and have problems, but we are
very hideous enough to maintain a simple smile to fool the world. And I can prove the
reality of this world.

II. Body/Summary
There was this young lad, who is consistently been bullied in their school during his
first year during high school. He is pure gay, but never been respected that time. He was
very bothered by the idea of being verbally abused calling ‘gay’. He also is made as a
funny material by the males in their room. He was very irritated to them so he made it
as his motivation to pursue more and let them have respect on him and accept him.
Every single day, he was consistently being poked on the butt by the guys inside their
room. But it didn’t become a hindrance for him to pursue his dreams. He did his best,
studied and didn’t let the bullies bother him and drag him down. He became a honor
student on school, and slowly earned respect by it. He then moved into a higher section,
to make them think that not all gays are silly and nonsense some of them are just
lurking inside their own dreams and wanted to be free. He then earned respect until
now, because of the achievements and the actions he made.

III. Conclusion: Sum It Up

“Being gay is not something that defines me. What defines me is what my mom
always taught me: to treat everyone with respect, to always be a hard worker, and to be
kind.” He was solely challenged by the kind of problem he faced back then. “Don’t mind
the bullies, instead make it as an inspiration and motivation. You don’t deserve to be
treated that way. Just make yourself busy and don’t mind what they all are saying.” You
can’t escape the problems and obstacles that life throws at you. Either face it or escape,
if you do face it without being ready, you’ll just get pinned down like a paper. But if you
escape for the sole purpose to make yourself ready to face it, then you’ll be successful.
Change the plan not the goal.
