REQUIREMENT

Description
Manufacturing, Installation, Operation and
Maintenance Data

List every document, drawing, calculation, manual,

etc.. To be submitted to fulllfill the requirements of
this VDRL. Including submission dates, wether for
information or review and the manual reference. To
be updated on a continuious basis.
Complete details of vendors' and subcontractors'
activities. It shall also be suitable for a vendor to
report progress and buyer to assess and monitor
performance

weight and c of g positions for dry and nominal

operating case

detailing location, description of equipment,

calibration, weight measurement method, and c of g
calculation. Procedure to be typed and submitted for
approval before weighing and lifting activity

Provide protection instructions for time between

installation and commissioning and state maximum
validity period , if any.
List all items and show arrangement of components
for each unit. Give overall dimentions. Locate
foundation supports, anchor bolts, and all project
specific termination points including I&E. Show
details of splits and itemsthat have been removed
during shipping

Process simulation, vessesl sizing, ASME code

calculations, equipment sizing calculations,
mechanical and structural design calculations.
Vessel data sheets, mechanical equipment

Show bills of material, vessels, vessel internals,

outline darwings including structural details for
installation.
 Detailing equipment name, number, design report/
operating conditions, vendor's name, inspection
authority

Vendors manual detailing general quality policies.

May be substituted by quality system certificate by
an accredited body

Project QA manual and project procedures

identifying selected sections of the quality system
detaling the specific requirements for this purchase
order.
Indicating specific quality control activities,
inspection, testing, witnessing, etc..
Covering the requirements for preheating and post
heat treatment.

Specification (including repairs procedures) in the

format in ASME section ix qw-483 or similar. These
shall be submitted prior to welding operations for
approval.
Qualification records for the nominated welders for
the subject job and to the applicable approved
welding procedure specification
