The case study to be analysed herein are the personal analysis (Comparative Analysis) which tackles four important aspects bas in the design of the said subdivision. This includes: 1. Site Criteria 2. Planning Considerations 3. Design Parameters 4. Building Design Standards The scope of the case study is to assess the existing Golden Harvest University Hill Subdivision as per rules and regulations and is delimited to the general analysis of the researchers and the technical aspects as provided in BP 220. Moreover, this case study is also delimited to the data prior to the researchers’ interview with the locales and authorities to the subdivision, site inspection (Photo Documentation), and internet researches.
