SUBJECT: ISSUANCE OF DOMICILE CERTIFICATE;

Respected Sir;
1) That applicant born on 27-07-1999 in District Abbottabad and obtained his
basic education from Army Burn Hall College for boys, Abbottabad and, as
such, applicant is permanently residing in Abbottabad since his birth.
(Copies of Birth certificate & DMC are annexed)
2) That applicant was issued the Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC)
from NADRA, Abbottabad on 02-01-2019 which also bears the permanent
address of Abbottabad. (Copy of CNIC is annexed)
3) That mother of applicant Mst.Farzana Yasmeen Khan is also the permanent
resident of Abbottabad who owned valuable property in Abbottabad as
well. (Copies of CNIC & Revenue papers are annexed)
4) That yesterday applicant visited the worthy Assistant Commissioner Office
and applied for domicile certificate but the same was refused with the
following objection:
“CNIC of father contains permanent address of Dera Ismail Khan”
However father’s CNIC also bears the present address of District
Abbottabad.
5) That applicant did not obtain domicile from any other District prior and is
ready to give affidavit in this respect.
6) That applicant being major citizen is entitled for the issuance of Domicile
Certificate from Abbottabad on the basis of his permanent residence.
In the light of above submissions, it is requested that worthy Assistant
Commissioner may kindly be directed to issue domicile certificate to
applicant and obliged.
