RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING CONCERNING THE ACCOUNT OF THE SUPREME

STUDENT GOVERNMENT OF MINDANAO STATE UNIVERSITY – COLLEGE OF
EDUCATION TRAINING DEPARTMENT AT THE DEVELOPMENT BANK OF THE
PHILIPPINES

WHEREAS, the new set of officers of the Supreme Student Government, henceforth
referred as the “SSG”, of Mindanao State University- College of Education Training
Department had been elected for the school year 2019-2020, thus taking over power
and responsibility of its predecessor;

WHEREAS, the SSG, through its authorized representatives, is empowered to deposit,

withdraw and dispose funds in its bank account at the General Santos City Branch of
the Development Bank of the Philippines, henceforth referred as “DBP-GSC”;

WHEREAS, these funds shall defray the operational expenses for the different clubs
and organizations under the SSG and for the SSG itself;

NOW, THEREFORE, the Supreme Student Government of Mindanao State University –

College of Education Training Department by virtue of the powers vested in it do hereby
promulgate that be it –

RESOLVED, that the SSG funds deposited at DBP-GSC be at the disposal of the SSG
2019-2020;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the persons authorized to deposit, withdraw and dispose
funds in its bank account are:
a) The Adviser to the SSG, Rhumer S. Lañojan;
and any two of the three persons:
b) The President of the SSG, Juan dela Cruz,
c) The Vice President of the SSG, Maria Clara,
d) The Treasurer of the SSG, Juan Crisostomo Ibarra;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that proof of authorization of above-mentioned persons is

appended to this document;

Done and promulgated this 16th of February in the year of the Common Era, Two
Thousand and Nineteen, at Mindanao State University-College of Education Training
Department, General Santos City.
