PROJECT DESCRIPTION
ADMIR Introduction
● Admir development project is stretched on a plot of land in Adma region with a total area of
87,000m2. The Project is a gated community comprising 77 buildings with a club and all other
utilities and facilities.

● The buildings consist of four floors with one or two basements reserved for cars parking and each
building is equipped by an independent swimming pool.

● The electrical power and the water are ensured by a private network fed by the public authority and
the private project’s sourcing.
● The project is equipped by a sewage treatment plant capable to assure the irrigation water needed
for the landscape area in the project.

● The concrete works in Zone BK are in progress where two slabs have been casted.
● The excavation for Buildings in Zone B3 is completed.
● The excavation for Buildings in Zone B1 is still ongoing.
● The excavation for Buildings in Zone B4 is expected to be finalized by November.
● The excavation for Buildings in Zone B6 started by 1st of October.
● The execution of retaining wall in Zone B9 is in progress.
● Concrete works in Zone B3 will start by November for 7 buildings.

★ Since the project is in its construction phase, we now have more visibility regarding the final
number of storage rooms (caves) available for sale. As a future home-owner, the priority goes to
you and due to the high demand of owners to buy more than one storage,​
this opportunity is
valid for 4 months from October 2015 till end of February 2016.

★ As you may know,​


we aspire to grow the SMART VALLEY to provide you with a better lifestyle, and

since there is a high demand for apartments and only few are left available, prices per square
meter have increased as of 17th of August. However in case you are willing to upgrade to a bigger
unit, you can contact our sales office. We would also like to share with you the fact that since 80%
of Admir is already sold out, the project will be off market as of end of DECEMBER 2015.

every home-owner to benefit from its proximity to ADMIR.
★ Home-owners who suggest to redesign the interior architecture to accommodate their individual
taste, structures and lifestyle, are kindly asked to request an appointment and schedule a visit to
our showroom. Modification orders will be accepted and studied during November and December
2015, and we will do our best to meet your requests following the approval of our architects and
engineers.

★ We also would like to announce the official opening of SAKR REAL ESTATE headquarters and
showroom on Jounieh Highway, where we are showcasing our new state of the art projects and all
smart facilities made available. You will also have the opportunity to visit a mockup of a typical
ADMIR apartment that will give you a real feel of the project.
