Executive Summary
The business is called "UKAY UKAY" that caters apparel like pants
, short, shirt,polo, polo shirt and bags that are also called as
"ukay ukay". It has a well known industry specially in the
Philippines because of its low price due to its supply being
second hand originated from different part of the world.
The target costumers of these business are ranging from child to
adult depending on the stocked supply or availability of some
particular items because it is well known to filipinos, there are
many competitors particularly in public market or in "centro"
where the crowd are leisurely gathering and accumulating.Ukay
ukay is managed and owned by three individuals respectively
Jeleyne Gastardo, the marketing manager. Isaac Roelson Bare, the
accounting/sales manager and lastly Darwin Calote the
supply/supply-quality manager. These three individuals are pillar
of the business and every decision made for the business are
always decided fairly and unanimously by them for the betterment
of the business.

more perfect and good.Nowadays the fassion industry are widely
entroduced specially in the Phillipines, ukay ukay marketing has
increased due of its low price to its supplies for being second
hand originated from different part of the world and will
embraced by the filipinos who really love ukay ukay as they to
day lifestyle and believes that ukay will provides many different
variety of clothes in old styleand trending styles.
The primary ukay ukay target costumers are ranging from child to
adult who wants to look good in just as low price but have good
quality of clothes that will suit for their wants of fashion for
them to stand out and feel good to thierselves.
Ukay ukay is the retailer business that aims to give affordable

clothing for women and men such as the ladies and menshirts,
shorts, pants, sweat shirts, and hoody jacket that have a variety
of trending clothes.
Ukay ukay marketing business has been introduced and will

distributed around the municipality of Pili in different areas,
this strategy is to lessened the existing competitors in ukay
ukay business also of putting Korean style clothings for the
young mellenials of Pili because we believe that this is trends
now a days, so that every year we will be able to know the trend
clothes that we need to put in our ukay ukay business. In
addition to make it more perfect in existing competitors we will
be able to have fair discounts to costumers that bought handful

welcoming attitude or sales talking.

Ukay ukay business offers secondhand brand of different clothes

that have good quality items such as. T-shirts, Pants, Shorts,
Sweat shirts and Hoody Jacket. It has wide variety of brands due
its nature being of secondhand and its affordable prices.The
content of supply being unpredictable and sometimes uknown but we
make sure that there is always good quality in our products.
From childrens to aldults clothing we assured that our products

are trending for our target market who those have their
mellinials fashion style even the adult may have the interest to
buy and choose the best clothes and will suit for their outfit so
that were planning to put some korean fashion styles of clothing
that will straightened and will caught the attentions of everyone
specially the youth under the mellinials stage, as our
promotional strategy we will be planning to promote our retail
business with our ambitious to spread widely our business which
will include of putting print advertising and posting it to the
Internet as our advertisement and itroducing of our products for
everyone knows.
