液压平板速冻机用于冻结块状食品, 是一种既经济又高效的冻结设备, 而且设备可根据食品的大小自动调节冷冻平板的间隙和压紧程度 , 广泛应用于软包
装后的鱼虾贝类、肉制品及副产品的加工冻结, 也可以用于蔬菜水果及盒装熟食品的加工冻结, 适用于所有袋装或盘装的块状或易于成型的食品冻结加工.
The equipment is used to freeze blocky food like fish, shrimp, seashell, meat vegetable&fruit, canned cooked food and other packed(dish)
or compact food. It's an economical and effective machine, and interspace and tightness among layers is adjustable according to the size of
the foods.

冻结原理 Freeze principle


液压平板速冻机与冻结食品为双面接触式, 因为金属的导热率比空气表面传热系数大数十倍 , 通过金属板与食品的直接接触将冷量直接传导给食品 , 所以
能够实现快速冻结, 提高食品冻结质量. 这种冻结方式能够实现快速冻结, 提高食品冻结质量. 这种冻结方式具有传到效率高, 冻结速度快的特点, 而且设备
内不配备轴流风机, 有效降低了能量消耗, 减少了食品干耗, 所以能够获得高品质的冻结食品. 设备采用符合食品卫生加工要求的金属材料制作, 体积小, 占
地面积小, 节省投资. Heat conductivity of sheet is more than 10 times higher than the one of air, and double side of the food contact with
the steel plate, so the freezing time is shorter and ensures a high freezing result. There is no axial flow fan inside the machine, so both
energy consumption and water losing of the food are low. The machine is made of material meet international food safety requirements,
and the machine is smart and saving investment.
