Client S House Rules:

Attendance. The Client requires all consultants to adhere with their existing Attendance Policy as
below:

1. Consultants are required to report to work on schedule:

a. Monday – Friday (Saturday is considered Overtime)
b. 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM up to (flexi) 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
2. Consultants are required to login using their own credentials in their Timekeeping Kiosk
(Bundy Clock)
a. Consultants should secure the supervisor’s signature at the end of the timekeeping
period on their Timecards.
b. Timekeeping Cutoffs are;
i. MM/01st – MM/15th
ii. MM/16th – MM/30th or 31st
c. Consultants must declare half day status if on their timecard if needed.
d. No consultants are allowed to login another consultants timecard in the timekeeping
kiosk.
3. Consultants are expected to provide notice of absence before the official scheduled work.
a. Should consultant fail to provide advance notice, he/she must secure explanation
letter on the next report day.
b. Count of unplanned absences will be tallied at the end of the timekeeping cutoff.
c. Habitual absences will result to termination of Work Order.

Internet Use. All consultants will be given access to email, messenger (MOC) and internet.
Consultants are expected to comply on the following;

1. No downloading of items from internet unless approved by IT Admin Group.

2. No accessing of sites stated on the IT Admin Group Orientation Manual
3. No accessing of social media platforms unless approved by IT Admin Group
4. No file sharing is allowed.
5. Should Consultants be found violating the items above, the client may terminate the existing
and future Work Order of the consultant.
