1. Do you accept Pencil booking? No

2. What are the Terms and Conditions? P2,000 downpayment to reserve the date then the balance
to be paid before leaving the prep location on the wedding day.

6. What if Kim becomes sick or has an emergency on the wedding day? I have a backup makeup
artist. Her name is Alma Basco. She’s my cousin and has been working with me for the past two
years. Although I haven’t experienced this.
7. What if there is a change in the date of the wedding or the wedding is postponed the same day
due to acts of God? Change of date is ok as long as my schedule is still free but in case I am
already booked on the new date, I have my backup makeup artist.

9. How does Kim handle many heads for hair and makeup service? I always bring my partner
hairstylist with me during weddings. We can do up to 8 heads. More than that, I bring additional
people on my team with me.
10. There are so many of you. Do I provide a meal for everyone in your team? Yes
11. Do you accept crew meal allowance instead? Yes
12. Why are your prices high? Because I give quality service and use only the best products I know
for wedding makeup.
13. How can I be sure that our prenuptial schedule will be accommodated? No assurance. Please
inform me of your schedule ahead of time so I could block the date already. Some brides book
me a year before their wedding. Most weddings are on weekends, I suggest to do your prenup
on a weekday.
14. Is there really a need for retouch? I thought airbrush make up lasts for 12-18 hours? Yes it lasts
that long but still depends on your skin type, it you’re too oily or you perspire a lot, a little bit of
retouch is still needed. It also depends on the weather.
15. How many bookings do you accept in a day? What if I want to book you for the whole day? 1
event only
16. What/Who is Kim Rodriguez’ other Senior Make Up Artists? Are they at a lower cost? None. I
have assistants who help me during the event though.
17. Do you offer free trial airbrush make up before contract signing? No. but trial makeup if you go
to my place here in Mandaluyong is only 1500.
18. Do you also do make up for the groom? Yes but light makeup only
19. Is the groom included in the unlimited retouch? Yes
20. Will the groom have a second look too? None
21. Does the unlimited retouch and second look apply to the additional head/s included in the
package? No
22. What if I would want to upgrade all my entourage to Airbrush Make Up? How much will it cost
me or each of them? 2000 each hair and airbrush makeup
23. Can the prenup on location be in multiple locations? Yes as long as within Metro Manila
24. What is the maximum hour of your prenup trial make up on location? What if we extend? Can it
be multiple locations? 4 hours only. 500 per hour
25. Does Kim Rodriguez accept prenup styling? No
26. What if the groom is in a different location on the wedding day? I prefer same location but if
that’s the case, I go to the church earlier to be able to do light makeup on the groom
27. How does Kim, being an Image Consultant, help me on my wedding day? I can tell what kind of
look suits you best and how to walk on the aisle, how to carry your bouquet…
28. Are false lashes included? Yes
29. Do you already have your own transportation for prenup and wedding day? YEs
30. Is there a price difference if I just choose Traditional Make up instead of Airbrush make up? Yes
31. Do you provide Hair accessories? No
32. I have sensitive skin what type of products do you use? For airbrush, I use temptu. It’s hypo
allergenic and it’s HD makeup already.
