- Lehiaketa Arrasaten izango da 2019. urteko abenduaren 5etik 8ra.

LEHIAKETAREN EZAUGARRIAK

- Lehiaketa publikoa da eta nazionalitate guztietako bakarlariei zuzen-

dua dago.
- Derrigorrezko obra, doan bidaliko zaie, hala eskatzen duten lehiaki-
de guztiei.
- Partehartzaileak 60€ sartu beharko ditu kontu honetan: IBAN ES43

- Partehartzaileak, parte hartze tasaren ordainagiria eta behar bezala
betetako izenemate orriarekin batera, argazki eta kurrikulum labur bat
bidali beharko ditu.

Zigilua data horretakoa duen dokumentazioa onartuko da. Txostena bidal-
tzeak, partehartzaileak lehiaketarako baldintzak onartzen dituela esan nahi
du. Zalantzarik izanez gero, gaztelaniaz dagoen oinarrien bertsioa da
kontutan hartuko dena.

- Lehiaketaren antolatzaileek, onarpena eskutitz bidez baieztatuko

dute, 2019. urteko azaroaren 1a baino lehen. Aurkezpen eguna ere
adieraziko dute. Egun horretan iristen ez direnak lehiaketatik kanpo
gera daitezke.
- Partehartzaileak bere egitarauaren 6 kopia emango ditu, bertara
iristean.
- Antolakuntzak ordainduko ditu parte hartzaileen dietak eta
ostatu gastuak. Parte hartzaile bakoitzak 100€ ordaindu beharko
ditu laguntza moduan.
- Talde antolatzaileak, aurkezten den partehartzaile kopurua gehiegizkoa
bada, aukeraketa bat egin ahal izango du curriculum-en arabera.

 - Lehen faseko programa, oinarri hauetan ipintzen duen ordenean jo
behar da. Izenemate orrian jarritako programa ezingo da aldatu.
LEHIAKETAREN GARAPENA

Azken faseko programaren ordena aldatzea onartua dago.

- Obra guztiak buruz ala partiturarekin jo litezke.
- Lehiakide bakoitzak nahi duen akordeoiaz interpreta ditzake bere
egitaraua osatzen duten obrak. Tresna elektronikoak eta banda mag-
netikoak erabiltzea debekatua dago.
- Antolakuntzak, lehiaketako probak irratiz nahiz telebistaz emateko
eskubidea eta, entzunaldia grabatzeko edo hedatzeko eskubidea
izango du. Lehiakideak ez du horren truke dirurik jasoko.
- Partehartzaileek zein ordenetan joko duten, zozketa eginez erabaki-
ko da, lehiaketaren bezperan.

el Ayuntamiento de Arrasate y la Diputación Foral de Guipúzcoa,
convoca el XXVII Certamen Internacional de Acordeón “Arrasate
Hiria”

- El certamen se celebrará en Arrasate-Mondragón (País Vasco) del 5

al 8 de diciembre de 2019.
CONDICIONES DEL CERTAMEN

- El certamen es público y está abierto a solistas de todas las nacionali-

dades sin límite de edad.
- La obra obligada se enviará gratuitamente a todos los participantes
que la soliciten.
- La tasa de inscripción es de 60€. IBAN ES43 3035 0065 73

- El concursante deberá enviar el justificante del ingreso de la tasa y la hoja
de inscripción debidamente cumplimentada (a máquina o en mayúsculas),
junto con una fotografía reciente, así como un breve Curriculum Vitae.
- Toda esta documentación deberá ser remitida antes del 30 de
septiembre de 2019 a la siguiente dirección, admitiéndose las solicitu-
des cuyo matasellos sea de la citada fecha:

El envío de la documentación implica la aceptación por parte del concur-
sante de todas las condiciones del certamen. En caso de duda prevalecerá
la versión del texto en castellano.

- La organización del certamen confirmará por escrito antes del 1 de

noviembre de 2019 la admisión de los participantes, así como la fecha
de presentación. Aquellos que no acudan en dicha fecha podrán
quedar excluidos del certamen.
- Cada participante entregará a su llegada 6 copias de las obras que
componen su programa.
- La organización se hará cargo de los gastos de alojamiento y
dietas, debiendo abonar el concursante 100 euros a su llegada,
como contribución a dichos gastos.
- La organización se reserva el derecho de seleccionar a los participantes
en función de su Curriculum Vitae. ES
 - El jurado estará formado por eminentes músicos de diferentes países.
DESARROLLO DEL CERTAMEN

- Las decisiones del jurado son inapelables.

- El certamen se desarrollará en dos fases.
- El programa del certamen será el siguiente:

FASE ELIMINATORIA
1. De Pablo, L.: Capricho
2. Una obra libre original de entre 7 y 13 minutos.

FASE FINAL
Un programa libre de entre 25 y 35 minutos que comprenderá:
a) Un Preludio y Fuga a elegir de “El Clave Bien Temperado”
de J. S. Bach.
b) Una obra a elegir entre:

- En el caso de que la composición del programa de un participante

no se ajuste a las condiciones del certamen se le penalizará reducien-
do su puntuación.

 - El programa de la fase eliminatoria deberá interpretarse en el orden
indicado en estas bases. No podrá modificarse el contenido del pro-

grama establecido en el boletín de inscripción. Está permitida la

modificación del orden de ejecución del programa libre.
- Todas las obras pueden ser interpretadas de memoria o con partitu-
ra.
- Cada participante es libre de interpretar su programa con el acor-
deón de su elección. No está autorizado el uso de medios electróni-
cos o bandas magnéticas.
- La organización se reserva el derecho de transmitir las pruebas del
certamen por radio y televisión, así como de grabar, producir y distri-
buir los programas interpretados en el mismo. Los participantes del
certamen no recibirán ninguna compensación económica por ello.
- El orden de actuación se decidirá por sorteo la víspera del comienzo
del certamen.

1º premio 4.000€ diploma, trofeo y una gira de conciertos.

PREMIOS

2º premio 2.000€ diploma y trofeo.

3º premio 1.000€ diploma y trofeo.

*Los premios estarán sujetos a las retenciones tributarias establecidas

por la ley.

- La organización invitará al ganador del certamen a ofrecer una serie

de conciertos, con todos los gastos pagados, durante la celebración
del XXVIII Certamen Internacional “Arrasate Hiria”.
- El jurado podrá declarar los premios desiertos.

Arrasate and The County Council of Gipuzkoa call the
XXVII “Arrasate Hiria” International Accordion Competition.

- The competition will take place in Arrasate-Mondragón (Basque

Country) between the 5th and the 8th of december, 2019.
ENTRY CONDITIONS OF THE COMPETITION

- The competition is open to soloists of any age and nationality.

- The test piece will be will be provided to all contestants free of
charge upon request.
- The inscription fee is 60 € and should be submitted together with the

- As well as the subscription fee receipt and the application form
(which should be typed up or filled out in capital letters), each contes-
tant must submit a recent portrait picture, as well as a short resume.
- The above mentioned documentation must be handed over to
“HAUSPOZ” by the 30th of September, 2019. (Application forms
posted on that date will be acceptable). The address the documenta-
tion must be sent to is as follows:

Sending the documentation will imply that the contestant accepts the terms
of the competition. In case of any doubt, the correct version is the spanish
language text.

- The organizers will confirm in writing that the contestant has been
admitted to the competition by the 1st of November, 2019. They will
also specify the starting date. Contestants arriving late could be left
out of the competition.
- Contestants will hand 6 copies of their programmes on their arrival.
- In concept of accommodation and food, each contestant has to
pay an 100 euro tax in the moment the contestant will reach to
Arrasate.
- The organizers will have the right to make a selection of contestants
taking into account their resumes.

 - The Jury will comprise eminent musicians of several nationalities.
COMPETITION PROCEDURES

- The decision of the Jury is final.

- The competition will have two stages.
- The competition programme will be as follows:

QUALIFYING ROUND
1. De Pablo, L.: Capricho
2. A piece original for accordion, on the contestant’s own choice that
will last between 7 and 13 minutes.

FINAL ROUND
The free programme will last between 25 and 35 minutes and will
conform to the following specifications:
a) One prelude and fuge, chosen in J. S. Bach “The Well-
Tempered Clavier”.
b) Choose one of this pieces:

- If the contestants’ programme does not conform to the specifica-

tions set out they will be penalized and given a lower score.

 - The qualifying round programme will be performed in the order set
out under these conditions. No content modification on the programme

stated in the application form will be allowed. The performance order

of the free programme may be altered.
- Contestants can either memorize the programme of follow the score
during their performances.
- Contestants can use the accordion of their choice. Electronic and
magnetic media are not allowed in the competition.
- The organizers have the right to broadcast the contestants’ perfor-
mances on radio and television. They can also make, produce and
distribute audio and video recordings of those performances. Contes-
tants will not be paid for that.
- The order in which contestants are to appear on stage will be deci-
ded in a draw that will take place the day before the competition
starts.

1st 4.000€ a certificate, a trophy and a concert tour.

PRIZES

2nd 2.000€ a certificate and a trophy.

3rd 1.000€ a certificate and a trophy.

*The awards are subjected to the tax withholdings applicable by law.

- The winner of the competition will be invited by the organizers to

give a series of concerts at the XXVIII “Arrasate Hiria” International
Accordion Competition. All expenses will be covered by the “HAUS-
POZ” Euskal Herriko Akordeoi Elkartea.
- The Jury may decide not to award any prizes.

- L’organisation confirmera par écrit le droit de participation au

concours ainsi que le jour d’arrivée avant le 1 novembre de 2019. Les
candidats qui arrivent en retard pourront être exclus du concours.
- Les partitions doivent être remises en 6 exemplaires à l’arrivée à
Arrasate.
- Le candidat sera nourri et logé par l’organisation en devrant
payer a sa arrivée la quantité de 100 euros, comme aide par ces
frais.
- L’organisation se réserve le droit de selectionner des candidats sur
Curriculum Vitae.

- Dans le cas où la composition du programme d’un candidat ne

réponde pas aux conditions du concours, il pourra être pénalisé dans
sa ponctuation finale.

 - Le programme du premier tour devra éter éxécuté selon l’ordre
indiqué par les conditions du concours. Le contenu du programme

- L’interpretation du programme entier pourra se faire tant par coeur
qu’avec partitions.

déon de son choix. Les instruments électróniques et les bandes mag-
nétiques ne sont pas autorisés.
- L’organisation se réserve le droit de retransmettre par radio oú télé-
vision les épreuves du concours, ainsi que d’enregistrer, produire et
distribuer les programmes interprétés. Les candidats n’en recevront
aucune rétribution éconómique.
- L’ordre de passage sera décidé la veille du concours par tirage au
sort.

1º 4.000€ diplôme, trophée et une tournée de concerts.

2º 2.000€ diplôme et trophée.

3º 1.000€ diplôme et trophée.

*Le paiement des prix est effectué en déduisant le taux d’imposition

en vigueur.

- L’organisation invitera le vainqueur du concours à offrir une série de

concerts, pendant le déroulement de la XXVIII Compétition Interna-
tionale d’Accordéon “Arrasate Hiria” avec tous frais payés.
- Le jury se réserve le droit de déclarer les prix non attribués.
