DKSH and German machine tool and laser manufacturer TRUMPF launched their joint venture TRUMPF
SiberHegner in China.
DKSH Holding Ltd (DKSH) was formed through the merger of Diethelm Keller Services Asia and
SiberHegner Holding.
The company acquired KOSE Logistics, Korea.
DKSH acquired Medinova, Zurich, a specialty pharmaceutical company; EAC Transport (Malaysia), a
leading forwarding agent and United Housewares, an Australian marketing and distribution company of
premium household goods as well as opened Corporate Shared Services Center in Kuala Lumpur,
Malaysia.
The company opened two major stateoftheart distribution centers in Vietnam and Singapore. In the same
year, the company opened its owned boutiques in several major Asian cities for Roger Dubuis and new
partner Porsche Design.
Diethelm, a part of the DKSH, and one of Thailand's leading business organizations, and Cummins, a
global power leader announced the signing of an agreement setting up a Joint Venture operation in
Thailand, Cummins Diethelm.
Diethelm and one of Thailand's leading business organizations, opened its new consumer goods
distribution center in Bang-na, Thailand.
DKSH's Specialty Raw Materials Business Unit entered into a partnership with Eckart for cosmetic
pigments.
Diethelm and Impextraco signed an agreement to market and distribute Impextraco's Power-Protexion
range in Vietnam.
DKSH Vietnam has signed a new distribution agreements with Baoding Way Chein Food Industrial Co.,
Ltd. and also with Polygal AG.
Nihon SiberHegner (NSH) and RAS Super Fries Co., Ltd (RAS) formally signed a mutually profitable
agreement.
DKSH Holdings (Malaysia) Berhad acquired Texchem Consumers Sdn. Bhd.
The Business Unit Specialty Raw Materials (SRM) signed an agency agreement with the sourcing
company Okura Andina situated in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. This move provides us with access to the huge
Brazilian sourcing market, establishing a solid link to South America's biggest country.
DKSH acquired the Asian business of Desco von Schulthess.
