A. Preparatory Activities

B. Review of the Past Lesson


1. Create a Layout of Catalogue of creative work using Microsoft
Publisher.
2. What are the important things to be consider in creating a
design using Microsoft Publisher?
3. Is it necessary to learn MS Publisher? Why?

C. Motivation
Story telling about the mail merge.

D. Abstraction

The teacher will discuss the steps in mail merge using MS Word
and MS Excel.

E. Application

Using MS Word and Excel, the students will create their own
electronic address book. After finishing the output, instruct them
to save their output with the filename Name_SampleOutput in
drive D.

IV. Evaluation

a. Using Microsoft Word and excel, each student will create their own
electronic address book and add labels showing the Title, First
Name, Last Name, Company Name, Address, Contact Number,
Email-Address that are stored in the electronic address book.
