Tubular Furnace

General Information
3 Zone tube furnaces are designed to provide uniform thermal zone
for sample treatment. Each zone is individually control with help of
master slave configuration of controllers. Furnace are available
upto maximum temperature 1700°C.

Heating Tube : High density alumina 90(OD) X 80(ID)

individual heating zone
Controlling sensor : Thermocouple “N” type for individual
heating zone
Heating element : Kanthal A1/APM heating element
wounded on alumina heating tube .
Insulation : Multiple layers of high temperature fiber
insulation boards ensure minimum
heat loss
Time to reach max : 1 Hr temperature
Temperature uniformity : approx +/- 1°C
End Flange : Flange made of SS at both end with
gas/vacuum provision with ball valve.
Leak proofing ensured with
rubber/viton O ring
Outer Construction : CRCA sheets duly powder coated.
Power supply : 230V AC, 50 Hz
