1.All safety systems located on the machine have been delivered in proper working order according to safety regulations standards
and installed free of any defects.
2.Operationg instructions, including electric, electronic, mechanical usage, periodic service and maintenance of the machine, the
importance and prevententive measures related to machine operators' safety and well being as well as potential injuries have been
explained to the purchasing firm and the machine operator in details by Ermaksan.
3. The builder of the machine, Ermaksan, is not responsible for any unathourized additions and modifications done to the
machine; including but not limited to the ones that can put the safety and security of the workers and the work itself at risk, as well
as any accidents which may happen as a result of those additions/modifications. In the user manuals, all safety and security
guidelines are described in details. Purchasing firm is required to ensure that these guidelines have been read and fully understood
by the machine operator.
