Reservation: 1. Factory offered us 11670 pcs instead of order quantity 12100 pcs i.e.430 pcs (-3.55%)
Shortage.
2. We have handed over 14 pcs production garments having 12 pcs for defective garments
& 02 pc measurement deviation put into the carton then sealed by SGS gum tape &
Signature to supplier for send to your evaluation.
3. We followed approved colour swatch from sol’s Dhaka office and kept in factory
premises.
4. We scanned barcode & found ok.
5. Factory did repack 20 cartons out of 26 cartons due to shortage man power.

OVERALL INSPECTION CONCLUSION Not Conform [Due to Measurement]

4. PACKING:
Actual Packing Observed (Phoenix Men): Each 05 pcs of solid by colour and size were half folded then put into a
warning, size & re-cycle logo printed blister poly bag. Such 10 blister poly bags. i.e 50 pcs of solid by colour & size
were kept into a 5-ply export carton. Duly putted 02 cardboard top & bottom of the garments inside the export
carton then closed by solo printed gum tape.
Actual Packing Observed (Jake Men):
Each pcs were standard folded such put into a self-adhesive individual poly bag having printed warning, Barcode
sticker & re-cycle logo. Such 20 pcs of solid color and solid were put into a 5-ply export carton.02 cardboards dully
put top & bottom of the garments inside the export carton. Then cartons were closed by solo printed gum tap
