Information and Communication Technology (ICT) literacy is generally defined as the

interest, attitude and ability of individuals to appropriately use digital technology and
communication tools to access, manage, integrate and evaluate information, construct new
knowledge, and communicate with others in order to participate effectively in society
(Kivunja, 2015). It basically deals with the meaningful use of technology to access and
retrieve information for a variety of purposes , as well as to solve a problem or fulfill a task.

Media literacy, meanwhile, is traditionally recognized as the ability to access, analyze,

evaluate, and communicate messages and information in a variety of forms (Aufderheide,
1993), thus a growing number of scholars and educators have referred to this term as a
process of critically analyzing and learning to create one’s own messages in print, audio,
video, and multimedia.

Xanthea Sagsago, Answer is correct and excellent,

the question is before asking a question as complexes yours it would probably smarter to
look it up on Wikipedia and understand what each thing is separately, for example what is
media, what is information, and what is technology literacy. These explanations have been
written by many people and that would give you a better way of posing the same question.
