    The site which belongs to Mrs Vandana & Others is located IN on our Northeast border of our premises
    which is located between the door 6-3-354/19 & 6-3-354/8/7 Of Hindi Nagar, Dwarakapuri colony
    Panjagutta ( We could not mention the door number as there is no display of same) they are
    constructing the building without leaving the required setback. (setback of 5 feet) Their supervisor /
    site engineer revealed us that they are making construction with a setback of 2 1/2 feet. In the process
    of digging the basement / foundation, for their fore building they have caused damage to our compound
    wall basement,

    Hence I request you to look in to the matter & take necessary action without fail.
