Profile
Praepagen® WB is a cationic surfactant especially developed for use in softener
formulations for clothes and fabrics.

The product presents high substantivity, pronounced anti-static effect,

excellent properties in clothes treatment, which provide good smoothness and
softness for fabrics.

Praepagen® WB should be previously homogenized and molten before its use.

It is indicated the use of full package in softener process manufacture. The
process of softener manufacture can be carried out totally or partially hot (60%
hot water/40% water at room temperature), adding the melted product into the
water under homogeneization. Formulation parametes (active contend,
fragrance, preservative, eletrolytes) and process conditions (type of impleller,
time of process and agitation speed) are important to define stability (viscosity)
of the final product.
