 To state three ways of following traffic rules
ACTIVITIES Pre Lesson:

Teacher shows a video clip about traffic rules.

Activity 1
1. Teacher displays the lyrics of a song.
2. Teacher reads the lyrics with the pupils.
3. Teacher plays the song and pupils listen.
4. Then pupils sing the song with the teacher.
5. In groups, pupils sing the song.

Activity 2
1. Teacher asks questions regarding to the importance of obeying traffic
rules on the road. Pupils answer orally.
(to avoid accidents, to prevent injuries, to ensure the traffic flow
is smooth, to shape people to become responsible road users
etc.)

Activity 3
1. Teacher divides pupils into groups.
2. In groups, pupils discuss a situation of being a responsible road user
and act it out.

Assessment
Pupils draw a circle map on the importance of obeying traffic rules.
