LOCAL BUDGET CIRCULAR NO. 117-A Date: September 29, 2018

Officers, Local Treasurers, Local Planning and Development Coordinators,
Local Accountants, and All Others Concerned

Subject AMENDMENT TO LOCAL BUDGET CIRCULAR (LBC) NO. 117 DATED

FEBRUARY 5, 2018, ENTITLED, "GUIDELINES ON THE RELEASE AND
UTILIZATION OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT SUPPORT FUND -
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNITS (LGSF—FA
TO LGUs) IN THE FY 2018 GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT (GAA),
REPUBLIC ACT (RA) NO. 10964"

1.0 In the continued pursuit to strengthen developments at the local 'level, particularly to
enable LGUs to avail of the financial assistance for the implementation of their priority
programs and projects, consistent with the project menu of the LGSF-FA under the
FY 2018 GAA, RA No. 10964, item 3.8 of LBC No. 117 is hereby amended as follows:

3.8 In order to provide ample time for the evaluation, the deadline for the submission
of requests for funding shall be on November 15, 2018."

2.0 All other provisions of LBC No. 117 shall remain in full force and effect.

3.0 This Circular shall take effect immediately.
