a. Brainstorm ideas/strategies to improve lower scored areas.

1:15 – 2:00

 Break into 3 groups based on SIP Goals (Math, Reading, Culture)

b. View strategies and activities.
c. Make any needed updates/changes

2:00 – 2:25

 Complete School Improvement staff surveys

d. Share ideas on how to have students complete surveys.
e. Complete staff surveys independently.

Break 2:25-2:35

2:35 – 2:50

 Discuss SWIS Data

f. Understand what it is and what it means.

2:50 – 3:30

 Cross Grade Level Planning

Specials – meet for Field Day planning
Special Ed – scheduling for next year
g. K/1, 2/3, 4/5 meet to discuss what are the knowledge must haves in each
grade. Meet back at 3:30 to break into other groups.

3:30 – 4:00

h. 1/2, 3/4 meet to discuss what are the knowledge must haves in each grade.
i. K – Kickoff planning
