considerations, whether social or religious, you must totally abandon all other phases and conceptions of duty and dharma, even the ones that I Myself have established in the various scriptures and described here in My previous instructions to you. I shall accept the reaction you have earned in the relativity of this mortal world - I shall clear your debt! You need only come to My feet. It is necessary to maintain the highest ideal, and the highest kind of idealists give up their country, their family, their friends, and everything else, but they can’t give up their ideal. I am everything to you, and You are everything to Me. If one comes to this conception, everything else will be seen as sin (aha˜ tvŘ sarva-pÅpebhyo, mok›ayi›Åmi). In the absolute plane, everything and everyone belongs wholesale to K›ˆa, and the slightest deviation from this ideal is no better than commiting sin. Self-forgetfulness (sarva-dharmÅn parityajya) in Krsna’s service (mÅm eka˜ Íaraˆa˜ vraja) is positive and living: It is the full, absolute plane of life. The absolute or 'revolutionary' consideration is firmly established above the relative or 'constitutional' one. Give up everything. Come to Me directly. This is the revolutionary way. This is absolute.” Wherever we shall find Him, we must run in that direction. The direction may not be always straight, it may go in a zigzag way, but if Krishna comes from that side, I must run there. Again if He appears on this side, I must run to this side. My interest is with Him. If I have genuine appreciation for the real thing, the proper thing, I must go to that side, the side of Krishna. If we are charmed by this universal call of the Lord and we try to abide by it, then that is sufficient. If we are answering that absolute call to our best ability, Krsna assures us: “Surrender to Me. I am the real purport of the scriptures. My exclusive devotee is he who gives up all phases of duties (sarva-dharmÅn) and surrenders to My feet, accepting only his duty to Me." Faith in this call, and acting on the basis of such faith is a great thing in us. The hidden treasure attracts our hearts. We have been deprived of our heart’s deepest interest. “Give up all engagements and come to Me, because I am everything to you and you are everything to Me.” This is the most hidden of all hidden truth. What more can I say? You may go to Vraja and there you will find the most hidden of all hidden truths (sarva-guhyatamam, mÅm eka˜ Íaraˆa˜ “vraja”). The deepest secret of the inner loving heart has been fully revealed there: “I am beyond all conceptions of religion, society, friends, - everything. My position is above everything, and in the heart of the heart of everything. In the eternal land of Vraja, you will experience the whole conception of beauty. Dismiss all other engagements and prospects, and come to Me alone. Your inner hankering will be fulfilled beyond your expectations. You will find such dignity in Me, The Absolute Reality The Beautiful, ßrÈ K›ˆachandra. Don’t try to push your demands on Me, but ask Me what will be most beneficial for you. And what shall I do on your behalf? Fully surrender to Me, and I will give Myself to you.” This is the deepest meaning of the highest glory.
arvadharmÅn parityajya “Give up your affinity to all other activities,
whether religious or nonreligious, and wholly surrender to Me. Don’t try to push your demands on Me, but askMe what will be most beneficial for you. And what shall I do on your behalf? Fully surrender to Me, and I will give Myself to you.”

Again if He appears on this side, I must run to this side. My interest is with Him. Not that we can challenge, “Why did Krishna appear here, and why is He appearing there? That may be a doubtful thing, so I must stay on this side.” No. If I have genuine appreciation for the real thing, the proper thing, I must go to that side, the side of Krishna.

Sarva-dharman parityajya, mam ekam saranam vraja (Bg. 18.66): the
search for Him eliminates all other duties. If we are answering that absolute call to our best ability, Krsna assures us: "I shall free you of your burden; you simply come to Me. Give up all your duties." Faith in this call, and acting on the basis of such faith is a great thing in us. We should try to follow this according to our best capacity, and this is possible only in the company of the exclusive devotees of the Lord. sarvadharman parityajya, mam ekam saranam vraja: "My exclusive devotee is he who gives up all phases of duties (sarva-dharman) and surrenders to My feet, accepting only his duty to Me."
Sarva-dharman parityajya: The absolute or 'revolutionary'
consideration is firmly established above the relative or 'constitutional' one when Sri Krsna says in Bhagavad-gita (18.66), "Just abandon all dharmas, all considerations of social and religious duties - even the ones that I Myself have established in the various scriptures and described here in My previous instructions to you - and just surrender wholeheartedly to Me."
