Instructions to Candidates
1. Students please note that academic dishonesty (or cheating) includes plagiarism, collusion,
falsification, replication, taking unauthorised notes or devices into an exam, obtaining an
unauthorised copy of the exam paper, communicating or trying to communicate with another
student during the exam and being a party to impersonation in relation to an exam.
2. These and any other actions which comprise the integrity of the academic evaluation process

3. Please be reminded that looking into another candidate’s script is strictly prohibited.
For the part shown in Figure 1 draw the standard third angle views. Position views in a standard
metric drawing sheet.

From the views shown in Figure 2, create an isometric drawing of the part, Use a scrap section to
display the bottom elements. Enclose drawing in a standard metric drawing sheet.

Figure 3 shows a bearing puller. Create an assembly drawing showing a sectional view through a
central plane, with part callouts and a Bill of Materials.
