Constitution, will help one to learn how all it started and what does Indian constitution says, its
rules & regulations. But, if some one wants to understand,what are its loopholes,what is good bad
ugly in it and to what extent those points are practically followed and not followed, what has to be
modified & what to be omitted, then surely one has to read Sabha Parvam.
