    Project Proposal Format:

    *Identify a problem in your own barangay and make a project proposal.


    A. Title:
    *Either concrete or soft
    *The title is the solution itself
    B. Background:
    *Describe the situation or establish the problematic situation
    *Give supporting data will establish the problematic solution.

    C. Objectives:
    *enumerate the objectives
    D. Significance of the Project.

    *state the beneficiaries

    E. Description:
    *Describe the project

    F. Organization’s Involved:
    *who will be involved in the implementation?
    G. Budget:
    *state the summary of the budget. You may express in tabulated form.
    H. Source of Fund:
    *where will you get the money?
    *do not include donations.
    I. Science and Technology Applications:

    *Discuss the science concepts involved in the solution to the problems.

    Note: single spaced, front 12 in size and calibre body. Maximum of 3 pages. Submit this
    in your LMS.
