Are you a gem of splendor my dear? Mutya ka Baleleng sa katahum
More enduring like the white sand Timgas pa sa puti nga baybayon
Sa kasingkasing ka panganduyon
onshore Perlas ka nga angay gyud angkonon
You will be yearned in my heart
And a pearl to be owned Pila na Baleleng layo-layo
Si Tangkay Baleleng pasibuto
Bangkaw-guna Baleleng matuyo
How far is the distance my dear? Uro ka Baleleng pamalayo
Sitangkai to Sibutu (and Island distant Kon ikaw Baleleng ang mawala
from Sulu) Kon ikaw Baleleng di ko makita
If you my dear insist, Gugma ko Baleleng magahulat
I'll follow you my my dear even that Taliwala ning lawod sa mga luha
far... Narration (with Instrumental):
Mutya ka Baleling sa katahum
If you my dear is gone Timgas sa puti nga baybayon
If you my dear I cannot find Sa kasingkasing ka panganduyon
My love my dear will be waiting Perlas ka nga angay gyud angkonon
In the middle of these ocean of tears...
Bangkaw-guna Baleleng matuyo
