Offer for a room in a student hall of residence / valid until the 10.08.2019

Mr Alif Setiyadi,

I am hereby offering you a room in a hall of residence as of 01.10.2019:

- furnished single room in 3-bedroom flat

- in the hall of residence Titaniaweg 7 in Leipzig
(Due to the high number of applications Studentenwerk Leipzig cannot always
ensure
consideration of your choices).

Furnishing:
- furnished with wardrobe, shelf, desk, chair and bed
- NOT included are: bedclothes, pillows, blankets, curtains and dishes

Kitchen/bathroom:
- kitchen/kitchenette with cooking facility and refrigerator
- bathroom with shower and toilet

Size:
- approx. 19 m² (may differ slightly)

Deposit:
- one-time deposit of 300.00 Euro

Monthly rent:
- 200.00 Euro

The rent already includes the following:

- all operating costs, such as electricity, water, heating, waste disposal
- minor repairs, paint work
- Internet (300 GB/month, no WiFi, you have to bring your own network cable)
- approx. 30 TV channels
- NO additional payments concerning operating costs!

Cleaning:
- Cleaning is NOT included. The tenants are obligded to clean the room and
common
rooms (e.g. kitchen, bathroom) within the flat by themselves.

It is not possible to view the room before signing the contract since the room is
still

In order to accept/reject this offer, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to http://www.studentenwerk-leipzig.de with your username and

password.
2. Click on the menu item "Tenant Authentication". Authenticate yourself with the
data
below + your date of birth.
3. After successful authentication, you will be redirected automatically to the menu
item
"Online Application", where you can view your offer.
4. This offer you have to confirm or refuse.
