1. Where are we? (Real Scenario )
• Our Graduates- disadvantaged ( young and
inadequate preparation)
• First NCAE result, SY 2006-2007, showed that
– 3.76 -aptitude for college
– 58.03- inclination for entrepreneurship and tech-
voc education
(1.3 M graduating students in Public and Private
schools)
Where are we? (Real Scenario )
• Majority who do not pursue college
• Too young to enter the labor force
• Those who intent to go into business to young
to legally enter into contracts
