WTOP- 10 - Oswego, NY Fall 2017 - Present
After working every position on every live sports production was promoted from general crew to Live
Sports Manager. Was responsible for cabling event site with Live Sports Engineer. Worked stationary and
handheld cameras, directed, produced, was technical directed for live sport broadcasts, and live pregame
and postgame shows. Was play-by-play, color commentator for live broadcasts. Hosted SUNY Oswego’s
pre-season hockey conference broadcast. Moved from Live Sports dept. to Nightly News. As News
Production Assistant, trained crew members on every crew position, and in studio equipment for live
news broadcast. Experience as technical director, video-play-back operator, Audio control, graphics
creation, teleprompter, and in studio cameras. Facilitated communication between producers, directors
and crew. Discipled and found replacements for problematic crew members. Edited video for live
broadcast. Troouble-shot malfunctioning equipment with engineering department. Moved to become a
news anchor and show director. As News Anchor, compiled stories, wrote copy to be read live during
broadcast. Made reporter packages for live news broadcast. As director, gave direction to fellow crew
members and communicated with producers for live broadcast.

As Loud Rock Dept. Director was responsible for uploading new music to station archive. Received CDs
or MP3s from record labels, received music and uploaded songs to station. Kept in contact via email and
phone with record label managers. Helped produce a concert with former loud rock director. Contacted
artists, helped secure venue, welcomed and introduced talent on stage. Created, produced, and acted as
talent for “Rockabilly Radio.” Appeared on air weekly. Wrote copy for show breaks, and song buffers.
Managed soundboard and equipment for broadcast. Was weekley sports reported. Reported on local high
school and college sports. Wrote copy and read it on air for live broadcasts.
