    The purpose of this letter is to apply for the renewal of my Training certificate for HYDRAULIC
    EXCAVATION NC II, for the compliance to continue my job as back operator in my present
    company, the current certificate expired last February 8, 2017. Without my renewed
    certificate, I will not be able to perform my professional obligations as back hoe operator, and
    your sincere cooperation and assistance will be really a big help for me.
