Greetings!

One of the dreams of Motiong National High School (MNHS) is to produce academically excellent
students who can compete in regional and national contests with flying colors. It is that time of the year
again when schools press conferences are administered. To prepare student-writers and school paper
advisers for this, the Motiong National High School planned to conduct a District Campus Journalism
Seminar-Workshop for Student-Writers and School Paper Advisers this October 9-11, 2019.

That being said, the undersigned would like to request permission from your good office to use the
Conference Hall of the Evacuation Center of the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management
Office (MDRRO) as our venue for the said training for the following reasons:
1. No rooms in MNHS sufficiently available for the participants from the different schools of the
District;
2. To avoid disturbance of classes when held in school; and
3. To ensure that participants will be accommodated comfortably should the event take place in the
desired venue.
