5) We (Purchaser) agree to cure & compact the supplied concrete effectively & efficiently

6) JKLC shall guarantee the 28-day strength of concrete, produced from their plant. We hereby agree that only the test results
of cubes taken by JKLC and tested at JKLC laboratory in presence of purchaser’s representative, if available, shall be taken as
final and binding. The sampling and testing of RMC will be as per the Bureau of Indian Standards and JK Lakshmi Power Mix
will not be responsible for any cracks in concrete arising out of drying shrinkage.

7) Force Majeure:- Unless otherwise stated in the quotation, penalties for time delays by the Company will not apply. In the
event that there is failure to deliver or any time delay in delivery, commencement of site works or completion of site works due
to weather, earth-quake, fire, machinery (production & delivery) break-down, labor dispute, strike or other cause whatsoever
beyond the Company’s control or due to the inability of the Company to obtain raw materials from the source expected by the
Company. The JK Lakshmi Power Mix will not be liable for any loss or damage sustained by the Customer or by any other
person by reason of any such delay or failure, and the JK Lakshmi Power Mix will be entitled to suspend deliveries for such
period as it may think fit or terminate the agreement immediately after suspending deliveries and shall not be liable for any loss
or damage sustained by the Customer or by any other person by reason of such suspension or termination.
