3. Select Settings. 4. Select Forwarding and POP/IMAP 5. Under IMAP access click on Configuration instructions (blue text at the bottom of IMAP access section). 6. A new window will open containing list of all the settings. 7. Double check the settings. 8. If the account still doesn’t gets connected click on “I can’t sign in to my email client” from “Troubleshoot problems”. 9. If the tips above didn't help, visit https://www.google.com/accounts/DisplayUnlockCaptcha and follow the steps on the page. 10. Click “Continue” on the next page. 11. Login again from outlook. 12. If it still doesn’t work enable POP and try setting up account using POP credentials (point no. 4,5).
