Dear Laszlo

Thank you for attending your interview, I would like to say congratulations and
welcome – You have successfully reached the final stage of the recruitment process.

You are now required to attend our 4 day Selection and Assessment Training Course
at the Agincare head office in the UK. Please be aware that this is still part of the
recruitment process.

Training Venue: Agincare House, Admiralty Buildings, Castletown, Portland, Dorset,

DT5 1BB. Training will start at 8.45am on Monday 2nd July 2018
If you need help with travel information on how to get to the head office, please let
me know and I can help you as much as I can.

Please remember to bring all original documentation with you to the training on
Monday morning. (This is noted in the Welcome to Weymouth attachment)

During the training you will learn about how Live-in Care works, what it involves,
what Agincare believes in and most importantly the 15 Care Standards. It is always a
good idea to do some research about this before you arrive.

After training depending on your DBS status, once we have received your DBS First
Check which will be explained to you on the training, every candidate will be offered
to train further either in an Agincare care home which is paid at £7.50 per hour this is
usually for 1 week/40 hours or a Training Live-in Care Placement where you will
shadow an experienced live-in care worker for 6 hours a day which will be £324 per
week. Once you have completed the additional training you will then get offered a full
Live-in Care placement.

Agincare will pay for your accommodation for the first month you are in the UK until
you find your feet (this is during training and any breaks you may have during your
placements) After this 1 month period, you will be responsible for sourcing your own
accommodation when you have a break/holiday. When you start, we will register you
at our head office address, however after your first month when you have your
accommodation sorted, you will need to make sure you change your address with the
bank so that your personal documents and statements get sent to you.

As you will be working with vulnerable adults, you are required to hold a fully
enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service Certificate (also known as a DBS Certificate
– Police check in the UK). At the start of your training you will be required to
complete the DBS application form, there is a £50 fee for the DBS Certificate so if
you are successful 2 instalments of £25 will be deducted from your first and second
wage payments to cover this cost.
It is the responsibility of all candidates to pay for their flight to the UK and transport
to the Agincare head office. We will provide you with accommodation during training,
which I will send all the details to you 1 week prior to your training course.

Please find attached an Offer of Appointment, a Welcome to Weymouth letter and

example copy of your Job Description and Employment Contract.

Please also bring a minimum of £250 - £300 to cover the cost for your dinner and
travel costs (to and from your placements) until you get your first payslip. Please
take note of the dress code as this is extremely important. Also remember it is very
expensive in the UK, and you will need to bring enough money to cover food costs,
travel costs and any additional costs (UK sim card etc.)

Please read all attachments carefully, if you have any questions please do not
hesitate to contact either myself or your agency.

We are all looking forward to meeting you on the training.

Kind Regards

Lauren Oliver
