( 4/4 EEE- II sem D1 & D2 students)

1. All the final year students are asked to submit the soft copies of their credentials/achievements to the
class in charges (Sri P.Hemesh/Sri.S.Vijay) on or before 02.05.2019.

2. All the students are informed to donate at least one text book to the departmental library, and get
clearance from Mr.M.Nagaraju, incharge department library on or before 02.05.2019.

3.Hardware project batches are advised to upload a 3-4 minute video on working of their project. The link
to be mentioned in the abstract of their thesis.

4. All the project batches attending VIVA VOCE in respective slots are instructed to submit two project
thesis books (for the sake of college library and department library)

5 .All the students are advised to attend project VIVA as per schedule (any deviation with prior
permission from HOD-EEE) and to keep their project set up (Hardware/Simulation) ready for
demonstration in front of External Examiner.

6..All the Hardware project batches are instructed to be present on 27.05.2019 in order to demonstrate in
front of Autonomous Renewal Inspection Committee. All the participant batches will get an appreciation
letter and special prize for the best three projects from each section.
