Key Achievements
• Was awarded Chevening Scholarship for the outstanding leadership by the UK Embassy in Moldova,
the scholarship which fully supported my study in the UK
• While working as an Energy Manager at local authorities, initiated and successfully managed 11
projects in energy efficiency and renewable energy, with an overall investment of around 1 million
USD, which helped to reduce energy consumption from 20% to 50% in each project.

Achievements: raised more than 100 000 USD for the World Clean Up day 2018 and Keep it 02/2018-
clean campaign in Moldova, which helped to build up an organization that promotes clean present
environment, education of the citizens and implements the pilot projects in waste
management (i.e. source-separation in schools, kindergartens, businesses)

06/2016-
As an Energy Auditor, I was responsible for the development of the Energy Audits for 8

public institutions from Taraclia. The aim of the project was to develop Public Private
Partnership in the biomass heating sector.
Ministry of Environment of Republic of Moldova, Energy Consultant at Climate Change
Office:
• As a member of the working group was responsible for the analysis of the financial
and regulatory framework for the implementation of the energy efficient lighting
projects on the national level (NAMA projects). The analysis was taken into
consideration in the final document. 2015-2016
• Also was responsible for the research of the existing systems around the world for
monitoring, reporting and verification of the greenhouse gas emissions. This research
was necessary to understand the experience of other countries in greenhouse gas
management and had an informative character for the development of the regulations

Taraclia District Council,


Position: Energy Manager
Achievements:
Whilst working as a Energy Manager at District Council I was responsible for the
development of the “Energy Efficiency Strategy 2013-2016”. The goal of the strategy was to
reduce energy consumption of the public buildings within the District. In line with this 2013-2015
strategy, I initiated and managed eight projects which were implemented within following 3
years, with the total investment of about 1 million USD. The investment came from the
Energy Efficiency Fund, financed by the EU. As a result – 20-30% reduction in energy
consumption for each project and significant increase of the comfort for the beneficiaries.

City Hall, town Taraclia,


Position: Energy manager
Achievements:
Whilst working for the City Hall as Energy Manager, developed the Energy Efficiency Plan
for 2012-2016 and implemented 3 energy efficiency projects:
• 32 600 USD (Ecology Fund) – energy efficiency project for Water Supply
company; 2012-2015
• 5 000 USD (Peace Corps) – installation of energy efficient pump for Water
Supply company;
• 4 000 USD (Embassy of the Slovak Republic in Moldova) – replacement of the
pumps on Water Supply company.
These projects helped both to reduce energy consumption of the water supply company and
to improve the services for the citizens.
Academy of Sciences of Moldova
Position: engineer in the Institute of Power Engineering. 2010-2012
Conducted research about the different combustion technologies used in the rural sector
“Atmosfera” company (distributor of water solar collectors)
Position: consultant. Responsible for the promotion of the vacuum tube collectors both for 2011-2011
the private and business sector.

The course was organised by the Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Moldova
Authorisation for the Energy Auditor
Having the respective authorisation was able to develop around eight reports for the Public 2016
institutions from Moldova.
