Our capabilities
INX Software provides integrated workforce management
software solutions to a range of sectors including mining,
oil & gas, manufacturing, engineering, government, food
& beverage, transport, marine, aviation, communications,
utilities and healthcare.
INX Software Pty Ltd grew out of Cube Consulting Pty Ltd as a natural evolution
of the development of an integrated workforce management system for the
resource sector. The INX Software product developed around a series of
databases developed for Chevron, Schlumberger, Clough and Newcrest which
has evolved into the integrated workforce management system that it is today.

Our solutions
As an experienced and knowledgeable team with working backgrounds across mining, oil and
gas, telecommunications, government, transport and food and beverage to name a few, we
appreciate the day to day tasks involved in managing our customers’ workforce and how best to
address those requirements. The INX Enterprise Software Solution takes a holistic and integrated
approach to workforce and environmental management from the time someone is assigned a
roster through to managing the environment in which they operate.
INX Software is an integrated solution that provides the tools to support the attainment and
certification of ISO 31000, ISO 9001, ISO18001, ISO14001, ISO 19600, AS 4801 and AS 3806.
INX Software also provides services for training, content conversion, custom reporting, data
migration, environmental and mapping to provide customers with an end-to-end enterprise
solution.

Our approach
Abiding by the PRINCE2 methodology to ensure a successful
project delivery and roll out.
1 Project Acceptance
Once the proposal has been signed and accepted the project will be handed over to the
Client Services team.
2 Assigned Team
If not already done, a project manager and team will be assigned along with a number of
other key personnel from the Technical Services team.
3 Kick Off
A kick off meeting will take place between key representatives from our team and yours
to establish the requirements and expectations of the project.
4 Configuration
After a number of comprehensive workshops we will work with you to put together a
data upload sheet to capture the base data for your system and begin the build.
5 Training
Adopting a ‘train-the-trainer’ approach, our team will ensure your power users are
trained up to the highest level and will be able to train others in your organisation.
6 Technical Services
We will install INX (on our servers or yours) and complete any required technical services
such as integrations, dashboards, reports, data migration or customisation work.
7 Deployment
We will then deploy the software in a test environment for your team to complete their
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) making sure everything is how it’s meant to be.
8 Go Live
Once everyone is happy we will then go live, complete a review and then close the
project off. Our support team will be there the whole time to ensure a smooth transition
into your new system.

Business services
Training Content Conversion
The INX Training Products team offers conversion of existing training materials into interactive
SCORM packages suitable for use in INX InTuition and +LMS (learning management system).
INX provides a wide range of formats for creation of online courses, ranging from our standard
template range through to bespoke user interfaces, custom content-specific interactions,
animations, professional studio narration and full video production. Our conversion services
include upload and configuration of the completed content in INX InTuition and +LMS and
includes provision of all source files to allow client or third-party maintenance of the content.
The INX Training Products team also offers training for content conversion for use in INX
InTuition and +LMS. This is an introductory course for LMS administrators covering the
development of eLearning courses from existing training resources. Upon completion of the
course users will be able to convert existing documentation and material into SCORM compliant
packages for learning, training and development purposes.

Mapping
INX Software’s GIS experts provide mapping, reporting and graphical services in a timely and
cost-effective manner. Our team are equipped with the necessary skill-set to map data in order
to provide a visual of relevant geographic information and characteristics relative to existing
company data. This allows for greater reporting capability, improved management strategy,
greater control, improved compliance and communication, and greater efficiency in business

Environmental Consulting
INX Software’s Environmental Consulting Services team works with Significant Environmental
Services (SES) for the provision of environmental consulting services. Together, we aim
to simplify the way by which environmental outcomes are managed by applying our
comprehensive understanding of the environmental monitoring, regulatory and reporting
requirements of organizations. We offer a valuable solution designed to reduce the costs of
environmental compliance across the life-cycle of your business.
