RESOLUTION BY THE FINANCIAL BLESSING AND SUPPORT ASSOCIATION INCORPORATED APPROVING

THE IMPLEMENTATION OF A POLICY REGARDING A DISCIPLINARY ACTION FOR THE EMPLOYEE/S WHO
WILL NOT OBEY COMPANY’S RULES AND REGULATIONS.

WHEREAS, the Financial Blessing and Support Assoc. Inc. is a non-stock organization. Existing, registered
and operating under the law of the Philippine Republic.

WHEREAS, the FBAS Assoc. Inc. shall participate in the collaboration in uplifting their member’s
economic and family standard thru livelihood support, moral recovery and Damayan Program to help
each other when circumstances in life happen such as illness, accident, and death.

WHEREAS, the FBAS Assoc. Inc. Board of Directors members agreed the implementation of a policy
regarding a disciplinary action for the employee/s who will not obey company’s rules and regulations.

THEREFORE, be it resolved by the body of FBAS Assoc. Inc. board of directors members agreed the
implementation of a policy regarding a disciplinary action for the employee/s who will not obey
company’s rules and regulations and implement this policy strictly.

RESOLVED, during the FBAS Assoc. Inc. Board of director’s meeting during the 6th day of July, 2019 at
PPG Church, Caedo Commercial Comples, Calicanto, Batangas City.
