NOTICE
All the concerned candidates who applied for the posts of Civil Judges Cum
Judicial Magistrates / Illaqa Qazi (BPS-18) against Advertisement Nos. 01/2019, 03/019 and
07/2019 are hereby directed to submit their essential credentials enlisted below on or before
29.08.2019 positively failing which their candidatures will be rejected and they will not be
allowed for Competitive Examination:

1. Attested copies of Metric, Intermediate, Bachelor and LLB original

certificates/ Degrees and DMCs.
2. Attested copies of Domicile Certificate/ Husband Domicile in case of
married female candidates.
3. Attested copies of CNIC and 03 latest photographs.
4. Attested copies of Registration/ enrollment certificate with Bar Council
enabling for practice as advocate at High Court or Sub-ordinate Court
thereto duly verified by the competent authority.
5. Attested copy of Bar Council License.
6. Dues clearance certificate on proper letter head of concerned Bar Council
duly signed by Secretary or President of the Bar Council
7. Attested copies of Experience Certificates as practicing Lawyer at High
Court or Sub-ordinate Court thereto clearly showing period of practice
duly verified/ countersigned by the concerned District and Session Judge.
