    Statement of the Problem

    This study aims to determine the satisfaction level of Grade 11 ABM students in

    terms of canteen services.

    This study will answer the following questions:

    1. What is the level of the student’s satisfaction to the services of NDDU

    cafeteria as to the following:

    1.1 Cleanliness

    1.2 Taste of the food

    1.3 Amount of serving

    1.4 Variety of food

    1.5 Price

    1.6 Ventilation

    1.7 Number of Tables and Chairs

    1.8 Area

    1.9 Nutrition Content

    1.10 Location

    1.11 Staff’s Service

    2. What actions can be proposed to improve the school canteen services?
