I have had much experience working with students both

MAKAYLA GRIZENKO deaf and hearing. For two years (2017, 2018) I was the
ASL EDUCATIONAL lead teacher for the 1st-5th grade class at North Carolina
INTERPRETER Baptist Conference for the Deaf. I had the opportunity to
plan the events of the day and lead the children and
assistant teachers.
EDUCATION
PIEDMONT Summer 2018 I was a lead teacher at a camp for deaf, hard
INTERNATIONAL of hearing, and CODA students. I planned and lead life
UNIVERSITY, WINSTON- skills lessons, games, and other activities with the students.
SALEM, NC I also lived with two Deaf individuals during that whole
