Emerging Technologies for Digital Divide

People who live in urban areas in the U.S have many uses to
high speed technology; those who live in more rural states have a
difficult time using the internet at all due to poor connection. The
use of satellite technology could be a solution to make sure that
everyone no matter where you live in the U.S can have the same
fast connection to the internet. Research was further investigated to
see that this technology is affordable where any school now could
have good connection.
Another new technology that is being implemented is an
online map that can let people learn about broadbands in their
areas. There is a new an updated version now. Before, there was
only 2 combinations of technology and speed; now there is 441
combinations. Broadband is a wide bandwidth data transmission
with the ability to transmit multiple signals. This can allow many
people all over the nation to receive high speed power on their
computer.
