The Likhang Bayan Food Enterprise is organized in a partnership form. It can be of its greatest

advantage as each of the partners are going to have their shares and investment in a form of cash,

equipment, industrial and intellectual property to the partnership.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

The end goal of a recruitment process is to be able to present a limited number of job

applicants of the future employees in order to ease the hiring process. The table below shows the

HIRING PROCESS

In this process, the managers already have the short-list of applicants that will undergo to

the series of tests and interviews. This process is done to ensure that the company hire the right

employees. The hiring process of the company is described in the table below.

ORIENTATION PROCESS

Orientation is done as the first step in aligning newly hired employees about the company

background, policies, rules and regulations, and compensation and wages. The orientation is only

one day that will start at 8:00 a.m. sharp and will end at 12 noon.

TRAINING PROCESS

For the company to provide greater customer service, it should start with the company

itself by providing their employees what they need. The company will provide a great quality of

training to their employee to give them the knowledge and confidence. The table in the next page

will show the proposed training and seminars for next year.

PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL METHOD

Performance Appraisals benefits both the management and employees as it identifies the

strengths and their weaknesses in their performance. The management make it clear to all

employees that the goal of the appraisal is to exchange ideas and work together to come up with

an action plan for meeting the organization’s goals. Performance Appraisals will be conducted

semi-annually by the managers to employees.

Reward System

In order to motivate the company’s employees, the proponents also provides different rewards

for the employees. The employee who shows an excellent and consistent best performance in the

workplace will be given a reward that the company provides for them. Some of the extra rewards

are being the employee of the week and month and best in performance award.
Compensation

Compensation are given to those employees for an exchange for the continous hardwork they are

doing for our company, and who are commited and dedicated on their work.

Salary and Wages: Monthly & Projected Monthly Salary

The table below will show the wages for the total month according to their job positions. For

every employee is entitled of 1 day rest per week with a total of 4 days per month. The daily rate

of the employees is all provincial rate that is based on the table provided by the local goverment

of Bacoor. The formula below is used to compute the monthly salary of the employee.

Benefits and Incentives

The company is committed in giving their employees what they deserve. Therefore our company

SSS Membership

Social Security System is a social insurance program in the Philippines for the

employees who work in the private sector. Members can avail its benefits under the guidelines of

SSS.

PHILHEALTH MEMBERSHIP

Hospitalization benefits provided by the PhilHealth Care available to the members and qualified

dependents. Effective January last year and onwards, the monthly premium contributions shall be

at the rate of 2.75% computed straight based on the monthly basic salary with a salary floor of

P10,000 and up to P40,000 to be equally shared by the employees and employer.

Pag-IBIG MEMBERSHIP

All member employees are entitled of the benefits of the program such as housing loans,

short term loans, and provident savings subject to HDMF guidelines.

13th Month Pay

All the employees of the company regardless of any of their position or employment status

within 1 month in their work will recieve 13th month pay. The 13th month pay shall be in the

amount not less than 1/12 of the total basic salary earned by the employee within the calendar

day.
Mode of Payment

The payment will be distributed in form of cash with a payslip given by the company.

This will be distributed every 15th and 30th of the month. If payment falls on a non-working

holiday payment is made on the next preceeding work days.

Salary Deduction

Salary deduction of the employees will be based on their tardiness and absences. The

computation will be as follows:

For Absences:

The policy will be “NO WORK NO PAY”.


For Tardiness:

An employee who is late for six (6) minutes or less is considered tardy but will still be

paid. However, if the employee exceeds six (6) minutes, the succeeding minutes of late is

deducted to their salary. If the employee is late for more than thirty (30) minutes, it will be

equivalent to one (1) hour late. To compute the tardiness of the employees, the company uses the

formula below:

* If the employee is late LESS THAN one (1) hour:

Tardiness = (Hourly Rate/60 minutes) total no.’s of minutes late

* If the employee is late for MORE THAN an hour:

Tardiness = (Hourly Rate x Total number of hours)

Health and Safety Policy

We are aware that our workers could get problem regarding with their health anytime anyday.

Therefore we always keep paying attention on our employees that they are healthy and safe

during their work ours on our company. We established to prepare aside medical kits in case of

emergency

and also emergeny equipments such as fire extinguisher for minimizing dangers. Our company

always prepare for the budgets for our workers just in case any accident happen.

Food Safety Policy

On our company, we always believe that success will be coming from the best quality products

and service, that our consumer exceeds their costumer satisfaction on our products. We are

determined in continously improving our production that every ingredients that we prepare

would make sure that they are all fresh and the preparation are processed perfectly. Every

employees rensponsibility of the storage and the distribution of products will ensure the good

quality and safety standards of the foods.Ensuring the quality and food safety standards of the

products from the process of preparing and cooking and preparation with the packaging will

make us sure it is a good quality products.


Harrasment Free Workplace Policy

All our employees are all engaged to perform their duties and responsibilities in a harrasment

free work environment.Ensuring all people are treated with respect, dignity and fairness is a

foundational value of the public service. All individuals in the work environment share a

responsibility for upholding this value and are expected to exhibit honesty, integrity, and a high

standard of personal conduct that welcomes differences, promotes diversity, and provides a safe

and healthy workplace for all.

Attendance Policy

Absences

Taking a day off 1 workday: Provide 1 week notice

Taking a day off 2-5 workday: Provide 2 weeks notice

Taking off more than 5 workdays: Provide at least 2 months notice


Unscheduled Absences

If employee is sick or has an emergency situation, they are required to let employer know with at

least 2 hour notice and find replacement for their shift.

No Show

If employee does not let the employer know they will not be at work, they should report to the

office. And if this happen again a disciplinary action will be done.

If employee misses work for 4 days without letting employer know, they will be terminated.

Tardiness

If employee is more than 20 minutes late 6 times in a month disciplinary action will be taken.
Emergency Personal Policy

The employee may provide and report for the employer on the nature and circumtances of the

absence. The employee must notify the supervisor as soon as possible after the days of absence.

Regarding with the valid reason and the expected day of return for work. These events are

typically unforeseen, require immediate action, are beyond the employee’s control.

Attendance Bonus

If employee mantain an excellent attendance record you he/she will be recognized and will also

earn a bonus rewards. This could earn if the employee has a perfect attendance and if they work

on a complete hours including overtime for a month. Being punctual when coming to work helps

maintain efficiency in our workplace.This will encourage our employee do be more hardworking

especially during our busiest hours the will enables them to accomplish the company objectives.
Uniform Policy

At any designated position on their work, the employees are all required to wear the

uniform provided by the company. This uniform is company property and employee are obliged

to take responsibility for the maintenance and care. The uniform should be wear in complete

attire properly with the company logo, Therefore to represent the company name. In case if the

uniform is considered loss or been excessively damaged an disciplinary action will be taken. The

employee must return the uniform for an event of their termination or in anytime of demand.
Business Legal Requirement

The following are the business legal requirements accomplished by the partners.
