 Be aware of existing steam line, utility lines or any hot object. (if
possible isolate them)
 Barricade the area beneath of height work with Caution / Warning
signage.
 Work shall be carried out in presence of concern engineer /
supervisor for close monitoring.
 Ensure hundred percent tying off of full body safety Harness to a
strong member except existing utility lines
 Good housekeeping shall be maintained at work place.
 Access shall be free from obstruction.
 Only insulated tools shall be use.
 Avoid working on live electrical.

injury from reaction to change. 6. In Resources column, list equipment, tools, etc. needed to do the job. 8. Ask each team member, who helped develop and will
use this SPA, to sign in spaces provided. 9. Review the SPA at the end of the task for improvements.
