Several issues were noted including the need for formwork installation permits, proper reinforcement installation, and dedicated rebar fabrication equipment for each tower. Recommendations were provided to address these issues and coordinate with trades. Completed pile caps and ground beams in some locations were also noted. The inspection report was prepared by the HKGM civil engineer and noted by the project director.

    for each tower to ensure sufficient supply for
    1,2,3 ALL ALL Lacking equipment for rebar fabrication
    rebar installers.(we recommend at least 1
    cutter and 2 benders per tower)
