    1. WHAT IS THE NORMAL USE OF THE PRODUCT?


    It is usually Consumed by boiling before consumption or used as a raw materials for
    homemade sweets and drinks, for preparation of milk & milk products, for as an additive
    to improve the quality of various recipes.

    2. WHO WILL CONSUME THE FOOD?


    The product is fit for consumption by people of all ages.

    3. ARE THERE ANY HIGH RISK POPULATION AFFECTING BY THIS PRODUCT?


    Those who are allergic to Milk proteins & those who are intolerant to lactose are high risk
    population.

    4. IS THE FOOD INTENDED FOR RETAIL OR FOOD SERVICE?


    For retail sale 200 ml, 500 ml, 1 lit pouch
    For food services 6 lit pouch

    5. IS THE FOOD REQUIRED TO BE TRANSPORTED UNDER AMBIENT,


    INSULATED OR REFRIGERATED CONDITIONS?
    For local sales up to distance of 50 km. milk is dispatched in covered vehicles and for
    dispatches above 50 km in Insulated vehicles.
