PARTITION AGREEMENT

MARIA B. SANTIAGO, of legal age, married and resident of San Roque, San Isidro, Nueva Ecija, herein
referred to as the FIRST PARTY:
AND
Spouses, LITO P. BUENEVENTURA AND JENALYN D. BUENAVENTURA, both of legal age,
Filipinos, and residents of San Roque, San Isidro, Nueva Ecija, herein referred to as the SECOND
PARTY.
WITNESSETH
WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY, is the previous registered owner in fee simple of parcel of land with an
area of 478 sqm located at San Roque, San Isidro, Nueva Ecija, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. NT-
270014 of the Registry of Deeds Cabanatuan. Copy of the Transfer Certificate is herein attached as Annex “A”;

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY sold the portion equivalent to ______ square meters of the subject property
in favor of the SECOND PARTY, Copy of the Deed of SALE is herein attached as Annex “B”;

WHEREAS, pursuant to the aforesaid Deed of Sale, a new Transfer Certificate of Title (NT-270014) was
erroneously issued in the name of the SECOND PARTY covering the entire area of 478 sqm thereby totally
cancelling TCT No. NT-270014. Copy of NT-270014 is hereto attached as Annex “C”;

WHEREAS, parties hereto have agreed to execute this instrument to correct the aforesaid error and to
partition the property to reflect the true ownership over the said property wherein the area of _______ sqm of the
said property should registered in the name of the SECOND PARTY while the area of _______ sqm of the said
property should be registered in the name of the FIRST PARTY;

WHEREFORE IN VIEW OF THE FOREGOING, the PARTIES agreed to subdivide and partition the
subject property based on the technical description of the Subdivision Plan herein attached as Annex “D” and in the
following manner.

a. FIRST PARTY – ______ sqm, more or less denominated as Lot 2-B which portion of lot is embraced
in TCT NO. NT-270014 of the Registry of Deeds of Cabanatuan.

b. SECOND PARTY – ______ sqm, more or less denominated as Lot 2-A which portion of lot is
embraced in TCT No. NT-270014 of the Registry of Deeds of Cabanatuan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the PARTIES have hereunto set their signatures this ____________
